driving the Police are not obliged to ask you if
you want a blood test to check how much
alcohol is in you system. You can ask for a blood test to

and do not believe you should have been over the limit.
The breath alcohol test is one that relies on mouth alcohol
and may not reflect how much alcohol is actually in someone's

driving and not relying on the reading of the positive
breath test reading is, obviously, if it comes back with
a higher reading.
